NRXP is behaving very well post cash raise imho...

But, the markets have posted a trend reversal and only time will reveal NRXP's true value by how well the sp withstands an overall indicies wide beat down...

NRXP is my #1 gainer this year, both in Commons and Call contracts.

I think NRXP is a generational wealth builder and i have a 15% to 20% position at all times.

This cash raise was just the dip i've been waiting for in order to add a substantial lot to my Roth account as well as my Calls stack...

One big hit is better then them selling every pop

Absolutely Joe, thanks you!

VERA is performing 'what appears to me to be' a very strong 'shake out' here on tbursday?

Its amazing to me how well the wizard of oz markets are able to manipulate the sp $2 or $3 in both directions, quickly and violently.

But, i'm adding more here in the $32's because i can - with CONFIDENCE - thanks to your posts re: VERA - AND that gorgeous Reverse Head n Shoulders chart set up.

I think that It won't be too far from now that we see a 'SYRE similar' spike higher for VERA for a day or a week or 2 as big money begins their buy in spree to re-set VERA's base case sp more in line with its future market value!

Thanks for the clarity! It sounds like a company should only do an underwritten public offering when its cash needs are immediate. Otherwise, it is not optimizing shareholder value because of the effect on the stock price.

It’s a Ying & Yang all at once is a bigger hit but a faster recovery. ATM in chunks means every pop gets shot down by ATM sales the hit is less upfront but the drag last a lot longer. Also an institution or bank buying it all is more bullish then retail.
